The Roche sales reps use iPad in their client meetings. These iPad apps serve as support in their sales pitch.
Confronted with such disparities in their local subsidiaries’ apps, the group was looking to define ergonomics principles applicable to every country.Aim : to guarantee high ergonomics standards and global app coherence.

Starting point of our mission : in situ observation of sales reps from 5 countries, during 3 weeks, completely immersed in their workdays. A common framework, fitted to the real use of the app, was then defined on the basis of the collected information.
The functional and ergonomics decisions made by Axance were first introduced to the group marketing directors in the form of storyboards and mock-ups, then to the sales teams taking part in the study.
Two workshops were set up at the Sheraton hotel in Paris to involve the teams in the process and present the guidelines.
