Individual interviews are led in the early stages in order to meet the different internal stakeholders (operational, decision-making, etc.).
Their aim is to identify and prioritize thegoals and stakes (strategic, marketing, communication, etc.) in order to define a meaningful strategy representative of the overall needs.
They’re also useful to quickly detect the shared views on which we can lean on, and the obstacles that will need to be clarified before starting the design phase.
