A process of successive repetitions, coupled with an approach centered, around user experience, refines the project by successively validating the different phases with the targeted users, through many techniques :

  • Interviews and workshops
  • Ethnographic, contextual, use pattern and user observations
  • Web navigation recording
  • Video recording of mobile phone navigation
  • User tests performed during rapid prototyping and design phases 

Axance has great know-how in user recruitment, and does not call on any one user more that twice a year for tests. The entirety of the functionalities, information disposition and site architecture are evaluated by users at the pre-production stage.

The client, therefore, has reduced exposure to the risk that his digital service will not meet user expectations. This avoids post installation changes, which could be brand damaging and potentially costly.
